Police will be supporting this Spooktacular event. Hopefully you have an enjoyable afternoon. If you do have any issues whilst at the event please speak to one of the numerous Police officers or Council staff who will be In attendance.

When: Sunday 26 October 2025, 3pm to 7pm
Where: High Street, Hemel Hempstead

This Halloween, Hemel Hempstead’s Old Town will come alive with spooky spectacles, family fun and magical experiences for all ages. From creepy creatures and creative crafts to fancy dress competitions and fireworks, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

High Street Fun and Entertainment

The High Street will be buzzing throughout the afternoon and evening with:

Charity, community and market stalls

Harry Potter-themed interactive entertainers roaming the street

A live DJ in St Mary’s Square sponsored by the Old Town MarketLink is external and opens in new window

Fairground rides in the High Street car park.

To finish the night in style, head to Gadebridge Park at 7.30pm for a dazzling fireworks display.
